A Walk in the Sand

This post will be short.  I've been awake (mostly) for 20 hours and am ready to zonk out.  Today I got to visit the local city, so the sun beat down on me for 6 hours.  We walked around a local souq and perused the rugs, satchels, guns, knives, jewelry, rings, wooden boxes, parrots, nuts, chocolates and other knick-knacks.  The three of us bought fresh squeezed juice (I had limon with mint, which looked like a green slushy), drove around for a while and then had lunch.  Spent the equivalent of $50 for an appetizer, meal, desert and coffee.  Not too bad for a pretty fancy restaurant.

I'll post more tomorrow after I download some pictures and reset my leptin and ghrelin.

Also, today was wing day at the DFAC.  I ate 28.

Chicken fried steak isn't the best meat for me, but better than others.
